Markings:	Little patch of white on foot and fleck on chest which comes and goes
Circumstances:	Franks behaviour had been changing he would missing for over a week at time, so I started changing his collar every time he came home so people knew he has a home, but he has literally not come back!
Other info:	Frank is a very friendly car expect when outside he is just a lite timid
