Circumstances:	I saw a very shiny black rabbit at the top of the car park between the flats and the terraced houses of Franklyn Close. I had my dog with me so couldn't get too close but it didn't look like a wild rabbit but a domestic one which may had got loose from a run nearby. It looked very healthy and scampered off but I am worried that there are cars near there and foxes at night.
