Found cat: Black/White cat - Abingdon area, Oxfordshire

Circumstances:	This cat has been frequently coming into our flat when we are asleep and seems to be friendly with our own cat. Unable to approach it as it runs away but is very vocal. Prominently white with black patches and long haired. Saw it today with big patches of fur missing and matted fur. It seems to appear and then disappear from our road and doesn't look like it's in the best condition. Will try to get a photo when I see it next!
