Circumstances:	changed address was kept in 6 wks but he suffers utis n was becoming stressed with being kept in as hes an outdoor cat n he started peeing outside his tray so knew i had let him out
Other info:	small white socks on front paws bigger white socks on back paws white from mouth to end his belly
